01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing dn999 through any device — desktop, mobile browser, or any other method — and by creating an account, placing a deposit, or participating in any game or betting market, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them.

These Terms form the complete agreement between you and dn999 regarding your use of the platform. They apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference. 02 Eligibility

dn999 reserves the right to ask for proof of age at any point. Accounts where proof of age cannot be confirmed will be suspended pending verification. Any winnings accrued on an account found to belong to a person under 18 will be forfeited in full.

03 Account Registration

When registering on dn999 you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full name, date of birth, contact number and a valid email address. This information must match your identity documents. You must update your account details promptly if any of this information changes.

dn999 operates a strict one-account policy. Creating more than one account — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address or same payment method — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all duplicate accounts being permanently closed. Any balance held in duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. dn999 staff will never ask you for your password by any means. Any activity carried out on your account using your credentials is your responsibility until you notify dn999 in writing that your account has been compromised.

dn999 may require you to complete an identity verification process before approving a withdrawal request. This may include submitting a copy of a government-issued ID (such as a CNIC), a selfie, or proof of the payment method used for deposits. This process is standard practice and helps protect your account from unauthorised withdrawals.

04 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on dn999 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for Pakistan players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfers, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as made available from time to time.

Deposits are credited to your dn999 balance after successful confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect within minutes, while bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the cashier stage before you confirm any transaction.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts that belong to you. dn999 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• If a deposit is made from an account not in your name, the deposit may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
• dn999 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposited funds that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to an administrative fee if a refund is requested outside the normal withdrawal process.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted from the cashier section of your account at any time, provided your account has passed identity verification and there are no outstanding queries on the account. Withdrawals are processed in PKR and returned to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where operationally possible.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section and may vary by payment method.
• dn999 aims to process approved withdrawals promptly. Processing times depend on the chosen payment method and may be affected by verification requirements.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa wallets are generally processed faster than bank transfers.
• If your withdrawal request triggers a verification check, dn999 will notify you of the documents required. The withdrawal will be processed once verification is successfully completed.
• dn999 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before releasing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name.

Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Only real-money funds that have completed any required rollover are available for withdrawal. The balance breakdown in your account shows real-money and bonus funds separately.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

dn999 offers bonuses and promotional credits to both new and existing players from time to time. Every bonus comes with specific terms including a wagering requirement, a time limit within which the requirement must be met, and in many cases a minimum odds restriction on bets that count towards the rollover.

The key rules that apply to all bonuses on dn999 are as follows:

• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period stated on the bonus offer. Uncompleted bonuses expire automatically when the deadline passes.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

dn999 offers sports betting, live casino, slots, fish shooting games and other gaming categories. The following general rules apply across all categories. Category-specific rules are displayed within each section of the platform.

Sports Betting

• Bets are final once confirmed. They cannot be cancelled or amended after acceptance unless dn999 explicitly offers a cash-out or edit function on that specific market.
• If a sporting event is postponed or cancelled and not replayed within 48 hours, bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to your balance.
• dn999 covers Cricket extensively including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series. Football and esports markets are also available. Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds applied to your bet.
• In-play bets are subject to a brief delay. dn999 reserves the right to suspend a market at any time during a live event.
• Where an obvious pricing error has resulted in odds that are clearly out of line with the market, dn999 reserves the right to void any bets placed on that error and return stakes.

Casino & Slots

• All slot and casino games on dn999 use certified random number generation (RNG). Game outcomes are determined at the moment of play and cannot be influenced by previous results or external factors.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed automatically and the result settled based on the RNG outcome already determined.
• Malfunctions in any game — whether a slot, live dealer table, or fish shooting game — void all pays and plays for that round. Stakes are returned.

Fish Shooting Games

• Fish shooting games are arcade-style games where the outcome involves both skill and chance elements. Multipliers displayed in the game are applied to your bet per bullet, as described in the game instructions.
• Disconnection during a fish shooting session will result in the session being closed. Any remaining credits are returned to your balance.

08 Responsible Gaming

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on dn999. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and may result in further action:

• Registering more than one account on dn999 under any name, email, device, or payment method.
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading information during registration or at any point during identity verification.
• Using another person's identity, payment method or account credentials on dn999.
• Any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting or coordinated betting strategies designed to guarantee a profit at dn999's expense.
• Exploiting technical errors, game malfunctions or software bugs to generate winnings that would not occur under normal gameplay conditions.
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts or tools to interact with dn999's games, betting markets or cashier functions.
• Attempting to reverse deposits through your payment provider (chargebacks) while retaining a dn999 balance or winnings derived from the disputed funds.
• Abusing bonuses or promotional offers through multi-accounting, coordinated bonus claiming or any pattern that dn999 determines to be bonus abuse.
• Any use of dn999 for money laundering or any other financial crime.

dn999 uses automated monitoring and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, dn999 may withhold withdrawal requests pending investigation and will not be liable for any losses arising from account suspension during an investigation.

10 Privacy & Data

dn999 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at dn999.run/privacy-policy. By using the platform you agree to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

In summary, dn999 collects information necessary to operate your account, process transactions in PKR, verify your identity and comply with obligations related to responsible gaming. dn999 does not sell your personal information to third parties. Data shared with payment processors such as JazzCash and Easypaisa is limited to what is strictly necessary to process your transactions.

You have the right to request access to your personal data held by dn999 and to request correction of any inaccurate information. Contact dn999 support to submit such a request. Account closure does not result in immediate deletion of all data — dn999 retains certain records for the period required by applicable obligations.

11 Suspension & Termination

You may close your dn999 account at any time by contacting support. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed and any active bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be removed from your balance. Your real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned via your registered payment method.

dn999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following situations:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents within a reasonable period of a request being made.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or abuse of the platform.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
• A request received under a self-exclusion arrangement.

Where an account is suspended or closed for breach of these Terms, any balance associated with that breach — including bonus funds and winnings generated during the period of prohibited conduct — may be forfeited. dn999 will notify you of the reason for suspension or closure where it is lawful to do so.

12 Changes to These Terms

dn999 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When a material change is made, dn999 will notify registered account holders via email or an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will take effect from the date stated in the notification.

Continued use of dn999 after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date where possible.

Minor corrections such as typographical fixes or clarifications that do not change the substance of any provision may be made without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent change took effect.
